Beautiful 3 story and a basement apartment with shared backyard. Upgraded kitchen.
Rodents. I understand nyc has rats but this is uncontrolled and with that being said the landlord is MIA. Notices on the front door, etc. 😬 If you dont bother the landlord they wont bother you. 🤷♂️ Its a shame.
