loud, the owner is an idiot who doesn't clean hallway, tried to raise rent in the middle of the pandemic, loud neighbors, heat is either broken or blasting, only after tons of 311 complaints did anything happen, had to fix my own stove and ask for reimbursement - cost over $600 (so the Landlord should've just bought a new stove for less money)
