ok building to live in
Pros
they did lots of renovations to create a better living environment
Cons
sometimes it’s hard to get in touch with management about issues

Pros
The neighbors been there for a while so they all try to stick together to keep up with building.
Cons
Most of the time there's no elevator so you have to take the stairs not the best. There's no air and it smells like piss. Maintenance never complete their job, leaving a mess for you to clean.
