Good building in general

Pros

Neighbors are quiet and it gets the perfect amount of light

Cons

Neighborhood might be a bit dark in the dark, but in terms of safety it’s okay. I walk alone a lot at night and nothing has ever happened to me

Pros

Serviced apartment with

Cons

The living conditions are not as stated in the contract. They told me the apartment is on the 3rd floor. It’s actually on the 4th floor. They have an onboarding app that lets you know who is moving in with you and hid the fact that those other parties are actually couples. I am paying 2000$ for a room of size 50sq ft. My roommates said they ended up cleaning the whole place because there was mold in the fridge and the company claimed that they are not required to provide a clean apartment before moving in.
