nice and clean, but the water pressure isn’t very good

very clean and modern building, good quiet location, nice amenities
Cons
only one washer/dryer for the whole building which gets inconvenient at times, the water pressure isn’t very strong as well which gets a little annoying

Overpriced and unreasonable landlord

Clean, new-ish building
Cons
Overpriced for what it is (actual living space is pretty small). The landlord raised the rent every year and took more than half of the security deposit.
