Great apartment, not so great landlords
Pros
The location was amazing! The place had a lot of charm and was very spacious for NY. On the top floor, the lights was incredible and I had a great view of the bridges. It was laid out in a nice way. And rent controlled!
Cons
The landlords were not super responsive about issues and the super was unreliable. During my time in the apartment, they updated the kitchen and bathroom, but did it in the cheapest way possible. They were nice people, I think they just did not have a lot of experience in this area
Advice to the owners
Find a better super
