Landlord is Albanian and favors only Albanians. All other tenants get cussed at, no heat in winter, no super for repairs, there have been NO REPAIRS in years. There is no point of contact with LENI REALTY LLC individual Owner Nike Vataj. A phone number but no voicemail and no official office. He illegally rents the basement apartment and has made the storage room into one of his office. The building was supposed to have storage for tenants but since he took ownership in the 80' he removed the cages and uses this storage room for himself. He illegally charges $95 late fee for rent. this is a rent regulated building but he wants to charge market value rent if you aren't aware of this. A slumlord and conman in one. The rent is around $1250-$1400 all 1BDR apartments, but he has a lot of Muslim tenants from Asia that are absolutely filthy and loud - all hours of the night loud. The Albanian tenants have kids that sound like a 100lb elephant stomping yet the Landlord will never tell them to keep quiet or lay down carpeting to diffuse the sound.
