Pros

Great building in a fantastic location. The apartments are well maintained, the building feels safe and quiet, and management is responsive. Easy access to public transportation, dining, and shopping makes daily life very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant place to live in downtown Manhattan.

Cons

On the downside, apartments can feel a bit compact, and occasional street noise is noticeable given the downtown location.
