Water pressure is great
Cons
Rampant and uncontrolled pest situation. Pest control is supposed to come once a month but it’s been up to 6 months. Serious hygiene problems in all public areas including disgusting flies in trash compactor room. Most neighbors are quiet except for mine, who are loud and violent. Hot water issues. Drafty, cold.
