Great Building Overall
Pros
I’ve lived here for two years with minimal complaints. Trash is handled consistently and rarely piles up, and the common areas are cleaned weekly. The super is very responsive, and on the few occasions I couldn’t reach him, the rental company resolved issues quickly via email. One standout is the heat—my unit actually runs very warm, sometimes even too hot, even with the radiator off during the winter.
Cons
We did deal with a roach issue for about a month or two, but it was brought under control fairly quickly. There is regular pest control, though there was a period where they weren’t showing up as scheduled, and communication around that wasn’t clear. There’s also a first-floor neighbor who can be noisy, especially on weekends. Other than that, the building is generally quiet and residents are respectful. Hot water can occasionally run out, but that’s improved recently. I believe the heater was replaced.

Super is always down to help, washer dryer in our unit idk if its the only one, nice neighbors , no noise from neighbors

New management sucks, building is breaking but they've fixed it with lots of pressure
