Pretty big studio for EV/lower manhattan, super is nice, management is responsive

Cons

Not the cleanest common areas, definitely not cleaned often, if at all. Roach sighting.

decent for east village

Pros

The washer and dryers in the newer units are a nice touch for the East village.

Cons

The walls are paper thin you can hear things from adjacent units whenever someone is home. This includes footsteps + music.
