Roaches, bedbugs(multiple units!!!), lazy doormen, no water pressure

Large apartments, some with dishwashers. Lots of closet space. Pool.

Update to original review: I HAVE HAD BEDBUGS SIX TIMES SINCE MOVING INTO THIS BUILDING. They pop up in unusual places such as the KITCHEN and BATHROOM. They once fell onto my stove while cooking (this is how I discovered I had them). More recently I found one under my kitchen sink! It never seems to end with this building. Tenants in nearby apartments refuse to let the exterminator in to inspect for bedbugs. I've had bedbugs twice since moving in. Another apartment keeps getting bedbugs. An entire line of apartments has bedbugs. The laundry room has bedbugs and management has not treated the laundry room once. The pest company they use is absolutely incompetent and lazy. People don't even bother letting the exterminator into their apartments because he is rude, doesn't know what he is spraying, and the roaches seem to LIKE what he is spraying.
Advice to the owners
Sell your building to us renters. We live here. We will actually take care of our homes better.
"Hidden" gem of a community
Pros
Incredible amenities, friendly, hardworking staff. Neighbors are friendly and diverse—a mix of ages and races, families and singles.
Cons
No compost. If you forget to sign up for the monthly exterminator, the roaches are back pretty much immediately. Sometimes the elevator gets stuck between floors. Tap water tastes off sometimes.
