Bedbugs…need I say more

Pros

Very friendly neighbors. My apartment was great space wise-good closets Rent regulated

Cons

Bedbugs…we had multiple exterminations with the company the building used and they always came back. It would seem ok for 6 months then a year and then they would come back. I finally paid out of pocket for a company that used a different method and it was working until Covid hit and then I left. The street music in the spring and summer was unbearable-you would need to be a very deep sleeper or have great ear plugs
