great neighborhood, clean building, decent amenities

Cons

can have a dorm-like vibe with a lot of young people in the building, BQE adjacency goes without saying. in my experience, maintenance requests haven't been fixed in a timely manner + have required lots of following up

Our porter Leon is amazing. So efficient and works really hard to keep this building clean

Close to the highway, super is slow to respond, management is slow to respond
