Location, staff friendliness, building cleanliness, new finishes in apt
Cons
We’ve had some pest issues, there is weekly exterminator which helps. We’ve also had some issues with maintenance m when dealing with water damage from a higher floor
Advice to the owners
The rents are insane for the unit space. Please get rid of that grey paint in units it’s appalling. Manage water outages better.
Very nice building and management
Pros
Location, amenities, staff and maintenance. Everyone is incredibly nice and responsive. Building is clean and well maintained.
Cons
There are many renovations happening in units which is causing a lot of noise and a lot of dust, to the point where we needed to get a purifier for the air quality. Also the AC / heating cannot operate at the same time, the building switches from AC to heating and vice versa once a year. So if you have hot days in the spring you can’t turn on the AC or heating in the beginning of fall.
