Cockroaches were everywhere

It's rent stablized

There were so many roaches. Some neighbors said it wasn't a problem at all, others said there were a lot but you get used to them.
Advice to the owners
Exterminate and hire a super who cares just a little bit more

Close to supermarkets and other stores, as well as laundromat across the street

Very loud outside in the summer, you can hear everything if you live in the basement. Super is really not the best, barely does his job and is very lazy
