Fine if you have a strong stomach

Pros:
Good location, nice apartments (if they're renovated), close to public transit, nice neighborhood, responsive super
Cons:
Gross!!! Cracks in ceiling, leaks in hallway, cockroaches on the first two floors, used to have a major rat problem that only recently was fixed, loud neighbors (but mostly friendly), packages stolen
