Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Don't live here

Pros

great location; reasonably priced rent

Cons

had to have the ceiling in the kitchen and bathroom replaced 4X in 1.5 years due to water damage and mold and mushrooms growing out of the ceiling. Have had mice in the apartments along with roaches. Have significant flooring damage due to water damage. The hot water goes out multiple times a week. The floor in the living room slopes and there are cracks in the walls. The vestibule doesn't have a lock and homeless people tend to stay in there. All these have been reported to the 2 management companies that have owned this building during the 3 years I've lived here and hardly anything has ever been done to fix or mitigate any of these problems.

Advice to the owners

this building needs some serious work and has been neglected for years
