Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of buildings managed by Centennial Properties reveal significant concerns about management responsiveness and tenant satisfaction. While some residents appreciate the friendly superintendents and prime locations, many express frustration with inadequate pest control, maintenance delays, and noise issues stemming from nearby bars. Cleanliness and garbage management ratings are mixed, with recurrent complaints about deteriorating conditions. Tenants warn potential renters to be cautious due to issues like frequent rent increases, unprofessional management practices, and ongoing maintenance problems. Overall, while some buildings show positive aspects, many reviews highlight serious management deficiencies that could detract from the living experience.

Reviews

Former tenant·just now

Small and noisy, but nice

Pros

Nice, updated appliances and loft for storage. Windows in all bedrooms and enough space for tv, couch, and small dining

Cons

Very noisy as it’s above a bar and 14th st is inherently noisy

Former tenant·3 months ago

Decent place, great location

Pros

Friendly live in super

Cons

Bar put in the cellar level has brought noise and people outside of the building late at night
