Nice location, subpar management, issues with building

-Washer/dryer in unit -Good location and neighbors -No big pest problems

Cons

-Management hard to get ahold of -Sketchy experiences with supers -Bad insulation - utilities are expensive -Mold & leakage issues -Plumbing issues - shower and sink are constantly clogged

Great Value for the Neighborhood

Pros

I really like living here. Charming old building with cool history in an amazing neighborhood. On-site laundry, responsive + proactive management, office where you can deliver packages securely if needed with someone attending, quiet neighbors, sound proof windows, safe/secure building, shared outdoor courtyards, newly renovated facade. All of this at this price point is unheard of + a great value for the neighborhood.

Cons

walk up building, ongoing restoration project, stairways + hallways could be cleaner and need to be repainted

Take some time to do little cosmetic updates like repainting
