Upper West Side Life

Pros

Extremely responsive management and super. Pest control comes once a month, but I have never seen anything larger than a small spider. Neighbors are quiet, and there is very little street noise. Overall, one of my favorite places I have lived in the city.

Cons

A package was stolen once, and there isn't a great place/area for deliveries to be made. There are quite a few rats in the areas outside of the building, but besides a small jump scare, it is a non-issue and does not affect the apartment at all. It can get a little cold in the winter, but the heat always goes on at a good time.
