Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback about buildings managed by Nick Cecunjanin emphasizes well-maintained cleanliness and organized garbage management, with attentive, friendly staff including doormen and porters. Residents appreciate quiet environments, good water pressure, and effective heating systems. However, elevator upkeep is a recurrent issue, causing inconvenience due to frequent breakdowns. Some concerns exist regarding pest control, particularly bed bug notifications, and occasional repair durability. While management responsiveness is generally timely, some renters find it challenging. Suggestions for community-building events indicate a desire for improved neighbor engagement. Overall, management maintains a clean, secure environment with room to enhance infrastructure and tenant communication.

Nice place to live

Pros

The staff and porters are nice, when you need something they answer. The apartment itself is adorable and you don’t hear much city noise or your neighbors.

Cons

Elevator tends to go out every once in a while. A couple dryers in the laundry room won’t dry clothes so it takes more money to do so.
