Worst neighbors the Irrizarry’s

Pros

Neighbors aren’t on the lease having smoking problems loud noises violent people living inside of that apartment I am sure rent is not being paid

Cons

Tenants are rude loud obnoxious always have garbage solicitations outside the apartment smoking ashes left outside people living inside of that apartment isn’t on the lease kick those bums out

Not great but tolerable

Pros

Most of the neighbors are friendly and kind. Roof access.

Cons

Elevator was under construction for 6+ months last year but is still often out of service; constant trash in the stairwell; roaches; smell of smoked crack permeating hallway.
