Neighbors are cool
Cons
It's been 2 and a half months since I moved out. My roommate got their deposit. I have not received mine back. We left the apt. in pristine condition. By the way, the building is a shithole.

Nice clean building
Pros
Landlords are attentive and respond quickly, the unit I was in was fully renovated so we had very little issue. Very big and bright windows!
Cons
Supers turn around was high. They were all attentive, but never stayed around longer than a few months. You’d have to contact the landlord company to contact the super. Had a lot of issues with the old radiators spewing out dirty water and not working that well at the beginning of each winter
Advice to the owners
Revamp the heating system in the building
