Great Location, Disappointing Management

Pros

The building is in a great location, which is definitely its biggest advantage.

Cons

Unfortunately, the management company (New Bedford) leaves a lot to be desired. They are often unresponsive, increase monthly HOA fees that ultimately get passed on to tenants, and are slow to address repairs and maintenance issues for both renters and owners.

Great building, some water temp issues

Pros

Really clean and quiet. Small families mostly - either couples or 1-2 kids. (Almost) no pest issues.

Cons

Water temp issues - had issues where shower runs lukewarm for a really long time, some other taps actually run hotter than intended etc Some minor annoyances with trash/recycling. Had a single mouse issue several years ago. No pests otherwise.
