Great comfortable building

Landlord is very responsive and has worked quickly to resolve any issues.

The walls/floors are thin so if you have noisy neighbors you can hear everything.

Owners have had lots of changes with managements. Building and unit owners are different. There was a lot of issues moving in but for the most part everything was fixed. The place is old but okay. There are occasional mice
