Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Dirty and noisy

Pros

The heat provided in the building has gotten better throughout the years.

Cons

Pest control is bad. There are bed bugs, roaches and rats all over the building. Neighbors and guests sit in front of building with loud music until 4am, every night. Nothing gets fixed.

Advice to the owners

Come around more. Stop allowing the bad tenets to run out the good ones. Control the noise issue that’s been going on for years.
