the house is located very close to Gates Av. - J line metro station the house is very spacy all shops nearby the house feels very safe, one can leave bicycle securly behind the gate safe and welcoming environment the house is a very interesting historical building in Bushwick, I really love it, it's unique and beautiful the landlord is nice and super helpful: - clear instructions how to find the house, how to commute from the aiport etc., clear instructions on how the keys, locks, kitchen, lights, laundry etc. works. - amazing book collection in the living room - the host is inspiring person and it's an inspiring artistic environment

The house is safe and clean. Well located, 5min away from the MTA (Gates Ave), also close to shops. Ellen is responsive and very nice.
Cons
At night the street can be noisy with cars blasting music.
