Clean but expensive

Pros:
Units have laundry machine, dishwasher, and terrace area.
Cons:
Pay for heat, hot water, apartment had leaking ceiling on rainy days. Small apt, and unresponsive supers for the rent payment
Advice to owner:
Fix the ceiling
