Pros:
Affordable housing compared to other NYC neighborhoods.
Well-connected by public transportation, including the 7 train.
Cons:
Can be crowded and busy, especially in the downtown area.
Air quality may be affected by urban density and nearby highways.
Advice to owner:
Add more trees.
