Look elsewhere in Riverdale

Pros:
Great location, centrally located in Riverdale
Cons:
Problems don't get fixed in a timely manner, and when they are, usually it will take a few tries to get it right. A super and an owner who react slowly with a "don't worry about it" attitude. Despite a stated no smoking policy, the building reeks of cigarettes and marijuana.
Advice to owner:
Hire another person to help Tony
