Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Landlord doesn’t fix need to clean the building

Pros

Quiet, heat, ok neighbors

Cons

Dirty, doesn’t fix

Advice to the owners

Fix my bathroom that leaks downstairs, connects radiators from bathroom and bedroom. Also clean the building and garbage area. Fix the two front doors entering the building and paint again the hallway

Not Worth the Money

Pros

Neighbors are nice. Location is great for accessing the train

Cons

Management company sucks. They don’t fix anything. No heat all winter, subpar hot water, showers make loud screeching noise when, front door to building doesn’t have a door knob so homeless people and randoms will pop in the small “lobby”. It’s dirty and needs to be painted.

Advice to the owners

Hire new property manager. Put some attention and money into this place because currently the rent prices are unjustified.
