Great building in great location

Pros

Well maintained and friendly vibe

Cons

Occasional pests but nothing major

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Well managed and cared for building!

Pros

The super is absolutely amazing, which is so rare. The building is clean with friendly neighbors, elevator, and secure mail/ package area. The walls are super thick so relatively quiet despite being close to bars, and apartments are individually owned I believe so they’re all unique.

Cons

The streets can sometimes be loud & rowdy at night.
