A Nice Interior
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very pretty cozy wooden interior.. Unfinished wood trim, wood doors, and warm wall color.
Cons:
Neighborhood was too ghetto. Too many crack heads bothering you. The property manager would try to get fees out of us and raise rent sometimes. His requests were excessive and we simply told him no because we were already paying market rents. But that's because I've worked in real estate. My roommates were all pretty scared.

Also noisy street facing room from the motorbikers who go by.
Advice to owner:
You scared off the good tenants who lived below by raising rent ridiculously. Then the place was empty three months and replaced with ghetto tenants lowering the quality of life of the building and contributing to us moving out too. Don't squeeze out good tenants, they'll be replaced by bad ones.
