Pros:
Maintenance is quick, no pests
Cons:
My packages always get stolen, the hallway smells like popeyes chicken
Advice to owner:
Consider adding ac and making packages more secure

Pros:
Building was pretty secure.
Cons:
you have no control over the heat. You have a control in your apartment but you have no control. so if you cook in your apartment be prepared for it to be 98. Very little hot water. The management company is literally worst. I had such issues moving out. they lie.
Advice to owner:
Hire new people cause the management at the time not good people.
