Bus stop directly outside of front door

Don't charge such high rent.

Nice but could be better

New building, decent gym and shared space
nice views if you are high enough up
Cons:
only 2 elevators, sometimes 1 goes out
constant leaks that we were told were "structual problems" of the building
AC went out a few times, they also turn it off early into the fall and lake into the spring
Advice to owner:
fix the leaks

Pros:
All apartments have washer/dryer in unit as well as heated floors in the bathroom
Finishes in the apartment are new and have an overall luxury feel
Cons:
There isn't a lot of closet space in the apartments

Great apartment with good appliances and solid size. Huge windows a plus and balcony
Cons:
Gym could use some work, lots of sirens because so close to hospital

Has 2 elevators
Cons:
Supposed to renovate lobby is 6 weeks to 4-5 months. Kept saying it would be done within the allotted time frame.

Get more organized
