Shitty landlord, nice area

Pros:

Nice neighborhood and neighbors

Cons:

Hard to get in touch with landlord about anything. Jason called my roommate a slur over the phone and lied about sending the lease renewal late after hiking up our rent. Roach issue and broken front door.

Okay building, bad management

nice area, good floor plan, good neighbors

Cons:

landlord does not fix things (both doors to the building have been broken for years), roach issue landlord does not address, poor light

Pretty good but need improvement

Pros:

Cool neighbors, great location.

Cons:

A lot of noisy construction from Dec 2021 and still in progress as of June 2022.

Advice to owner:

Be more responsive to resident’s repair requests. Be more proactive about the rats.
