Way too tight a living space with floors that creak

Pros

Nice location, magnolia bakery and venchi nearby. Close to the park. My unit had great ventilation.

Cons

Its a super busy part of the park, unlikely to have a chill walk nearby on a nice weekend. The apartment itself is falling apart, floors creak pretty bad - pray your upstairs neighbor is very thoughtful. Very little space.
