Great space in good location
Pros
Great space, washer/dryer, dishwasher, natural light, nice supervisor, neighbors tend to keep to themselves, new security cameras to aid in package stealing.
Cons
no elevator, physical keys as opposed to key fobs.

Pros
This is a really good building, I’ve lived in two different apartments in this building bc I didn’t want to leave! There is monthly extermination and very responsible management. I believe the landlord’s mother is living in the building, so it’s a pretty well kept building!
Cons
The hallways and stairwell is not super clean, and some of the tiles on the stairs are loose. The landlord still raised rent during 2020 and has never not raised rent by over $100. So be wary of committing to live here for many years.
