They left us without a working oven over the holidays one year. They took months to fix a window that had completely busted out and we had to cover it with plastic to protect from the cold. The owners had their little abuelita picking through our trash with no gloves on when we put it in the cans outside to make sure there were no bits of recycling mixed in with the regular garbage and if there was any tiny shred of plastic they would bag it all up and leave it on our front door. We were excellent tenants and always paid on time but their attitude became very hostile towards us when they wanted to rent the place out for more money so we all ended up leaving. They also have an illegal mystery tenant in the basement that will hopefully get reported one day.
Advice to the owners
Be better people
