Pros
Cleaned regularly, nice neighbors, renovated, good lighting space, management is very responsive.
Cons
Only con is the small appliances and the bathroom feels like jail due to lighting and the gray colored walls and floors

Great building and maintenance in a rough area
Pros
The building is regularly cleaned and maintained. Trash is taken out regularly, someone cleans once or twice a week. Laundry room is also maintained and there is a nice roof that is rarely used. The building is rent controlled which is a big plus.
Cons
The location of the building is tough because there are a lot of people on drugs right outside of the entrance. It is really jarring and can be scary to see someone shooting up or passed out right next or in front of the building.
