Pros:
Dario is the best super I’ve had. Well maintained building, they updated a lot of the fixtures of the building while I lived there.
Cons:
Some of the machines in laundry room didn’t work well

Pros:
Improvements were made, was well kept and very organized.
Cons:
We had some minor water/heat issues, but very small.
Advice to owner:
Dario is absolutely incredible, kind and so helpful. Retain him.

Pros:
Super is great, monthly pest control
Cons:
They use a "discount for paying early" to get around incurring illegal late fees. Could be more responsive for repairs

All the hardwood.

Pros:
Spacious apartment, with hardwood floors. Exposed brick throughout the building and apartment. Laundry in basement.
Cons:
Outdated. Difficult to get in contact with the management company. Not enough washers and dryers due to sharing with building next door.
