It's alright.

Pros:
Trash room and laundry room
Cons:
Roaches, broken elevators all time. Smells like weed all the time. Heat doesn't have an adjustment option, only on and off. Scaffolding still up since I moved here 3 Years ago
Advice to owner:
Never met owner so I don't know what say all in the cons
