Bad management - great neighbors

Amazing neighbors, beautiful building, well maintained units with a lot of character and good natural light
Cons
Horrible management. Don’t turn on heat when cold out, not responsive, increases rent by 10% every year. Slimy management company that nickel and dimes you.

great building, terrible management
Pros
very thick walls, high ceilings, excellent neighbors who are respectful and help each other (watering plants, watching pets, etc.)
Cons
The owner is very bad at responding to issues and will often ignore maintenance requests
