Great space but slightly old

Charming, spacious, lots of natural light, shared backyard

Cons

Occasional roaches in the summer, thin windows (poorly insulated), atlantic ave is loud

Advice to the owners

Replace the windows and continue with the exterminator

Amazing Location, Solid Unit

Pros

Location was pretty unbeatable.

Cons

landlord was not responsive (super was responsive for things like repairs, but lease renewal was a really annoying process because of landlord unresponsiveness). Atlantic Ave can be noisy at times.
