Great Apartment, Noisy Train
Pros
The apartment was spacious and well kept. The landlord Nick was great and really nice. We loved the outdoor space, it was the best part.
Cons
The train tracks run right outside the front door. So it can be noisy. Additionally we had a charcoal grill in the back yard in the summer and whenever we would use it a lady would scream down to us and our guests from an adjacent building about how the smoke was “killing [her] baby!” Nick (our landlord) told us we were doing nothing wrong and to continue to use our grill as desired.
