Old building charm, but with old building issues.

Decor and old-style feel.

Amentities were old, and the management was not always the quickest to get back to us. We dealt with flooding, and a bit of mice (thought that was mainly our fault.) Had to call our own exterminators, had cheap replacements for everything we needed fixing.
