There was a German cockroach infestation and there were delays in the pest control. The walls are very thin between and within apts so you can hear your neighbors and roommates very easily.

Solid apt, decent amenities with elevator + laundry in building +virtual doorman Solid pricing - paid around 2k per person for a 3 bd 1 bath great rooftop very responsive and great super

room sizes are small area is not the safest. the immediate street is def safe, but walk 5 mins north towards delancey and it feels unsafe not great sunlight in rooms
