Nice area, small issues
Pros
Great area, so close to amazing nightlife, food, and public transportation! Management is responsive!
Cons
Super loud on weekends especially if you’re street facing, expect it to be incredibly loud. Packages do get stolen a little bit, had an incredibly expensive package get stolen and the cameras were offline. No serious issues, they just raised my rent a ton so I had to move out.

OK Place on the LES
Pros
The building is in an excellent location and somewhat well maintained. Good hot water and water pressure.
Cons
Heating from the radiator is STIFLING in the winter. There were issues with mice in my apartment and the exposed brick wall was not sealed, so there were constant issues with dust. Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors through walls/doors.
