nice apartment, great landlord

Pros:
fairly well maintained by super. responsive landlord who takes care of issues in a timely fashion (!!!). nice area with lots of grocery stores and a couple cool bars/restaurants. big closets in the bedrooms and good lighting.
Cons:
wish the laundry in the basement wasn't coin operated but other than that, nothing.
Advice to owner:
maybe a new w/d in the basement so tenants don't need quarters?
