Reviews

Former tenant·5 minutes ago

good building, they will overcharge for everything

Pros

- good space and windows

Cons

- landlord is a bit aggressive with rent payments

Former tenant·Over 4 years ago

Not sad about leaving.

Pros

Neighbors are overall pretty good. Landlord leaves you alone. Super is a character. Good location that's getting better all the time.

Cons

Refrigerators aren't full size. Remodels kind of look nice but not great quality. Heating and cooling bills are crazy high. Rats run through the walls/ceilings medium amount of time(not inside apt). Landlord slow to respond. Had so many roaches for awhile. Raises rent every year as much as he can. Slow to fix bigger problems. Fairly loud building. Could be certain loud tenants or thin walls.

Advice to the owners

Be a better landlord.
